What sizes do your art prints come in?

All of our art prints fit standard US and International frame sizes. When you purchase any wall art, you'll receive a total of 5 different-sized files in each ratio.

What type of file will I receive?

Your digital art print will be delivered as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file, perfect for printing at home or through a professional printing service.

How do I download my digital print?

After purchase, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. You can also access your digital purchase through your Etsy account under "Purchases and reviews."

What's the quality of your digital prints?

All our prints are created in high resolution (300 DPI) ensuring you receive a quality product that looks great in any frame.

What paper should I use to print my digital art?

For the best results, we recommend printing on high-quality, thick card stock or photo paper.

Can I get a refund for my digital print purchase?

Once you've completed your purchase, head to your profile > then purchases. You should see your art print at the top of the list, or in your recent orders. Download and open the attached file (a PDF) and click on the link inside the PDF. This will take you to a Google Drive folder, where you'll find a set of 5 PNG images and 5 JPG images. Download as many sizes as you like, and voila!

Remember that this is a digital file, so no physical prints will be shipped to you. You can easily print our artwork at home if you have a high-quality printer, or take your files to your local print shop or retailer and they'll handle it for you.

If printing at home, always use the best quality setting on your printer, and opt for a heavy, matte or silk finish card paper for stunning results.

However, if you're going for larger prints or don't have a home printer, local print shops or online print services are fantastic alternatives, and will offer a variety of paper types and sizes to choose from. Simply take our digital PNG or JPG file to your chosen print service, and they'll do the rest - but we'd recommend asking for a heavy weight card paper. Remember, the final print quality will depend on the type of printer, settings, and paper used. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about printing your new art!
