- You can take showers without taking off my 14k gold jewelry, but it's not recommended to leave it on you while you are in a pool or in the sea water. - It is recommended to keep the jewelry in an organized jewelry box and avoid friction and contact with other jewelry. -Jewelry tip: Always wear your jewelry on last, so that no perfumes or other cosmetics get on them -To clean our jewelry, put it in a bowl with boiled water and a bit of dish soap, to remove body oils. After about 5 minutes, carefully take the jewelry out and put it in a bowl with cold water and then gently wipe them dry.

Do you provide a tracking number?

YES. All of my packages have tracking numbers, which will be sent to you immediately when I ship your package. Once the package delivery is confirmed through tracking number, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the package safe.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please contact your local post office right away. They can use GPS data to check where the package was scanned as delivered.

My jewelry got broken. Do you repair?

Yes, I offer repairs. Repairs are free of charge—you only pay to ship the item to me, and I’ll cover the return shipping. If any gold components are missing, there will be an additional fee to replace them.

What kind of thread do you use, and is the beaded jewelry durable?

I use nylon-coated stainless steel wire, which is standard for this type of jewelry. While the wire itself is very strong, my designs are very delicate. To reinforce the ends, I apply a small amount of epoxy for added durability.

I purchased this necklace as a 'something new, something blue' for our daughter's wedding. It is so sparkly and absolutely beautiful. Very delicate which will be perfect. It shipped exactly as promised and it was wrapped so beautifully. I wanted to see the necklace in person so I carefully unwrapped the layers but I am going to put it back as received so my daughter can see it. It came in all recyclable packing materials which I loved. So thankful to have found this wonderful shop and exactly the right bride's gift.
