🕒 When will my order ship?

Each item is made to order just for you. Processing takes 2–7 business days, and you’ll receive tracking from Etsy as soon as it ships. Shipping times vary based on your location.

📦 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. I want you to love what you receive and will always do my best to make it right. If there’s a printing or manufacturing issue, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll send you a replacement.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

Size charts are included in each listing. If you’re unsure, I recommend measuring a favorite shirt and comparing it to the chart. Still not sure? Send me a message, I’m happy to help.

📨 What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it, or it arrives damaged?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll help you look into the issue and work with the shipping carrier and my production partner to find a resolution. Once a package leaves my hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, but I will always do my best to support you through the process.

🎁 Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. You can add a gift message at checkout, and all packages arrive without pricing information.

💨 How can I get updates on sales and new designs?

🤩 Can I customize a design?

Yes. If you’re looking for a different phrase, something specific to your condition, or another product type, send me a message. Some of my favorite designs have come from customer ideas.

👚 How do I care for my shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie?

• Wash inside out in cold water • Hang dry (recommended) or tumble dry low • Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, dry cleaning, and ironing directly on the design

🎨 Do you sell your designs as PNG files or digital downloads?

No, I don’t offer my designs as PNGs or digital files. All designs are original and created for use on finished products sold through this shop. They are protected by copyright and may not be copied, resold, shared, or used for personal printing. Thank you for respecting the work behind each design.
