Absolutely gorgeous, great quality and well-crafted pieces! The items I ordered (cabbage bowls, cabbage saucer plates and small cabbage plates) were promptly shipped to me. However, out of the 12 items I received, 3 were damaged even though they were carefully packed. I messaged Jose and showed him a picture of the broken items and asked if he can send me a replacement. He agreed and promptly shipped the items to me. The replacements came in 2 days and I couldn't be happier! The items came in great condition. He even included another 2 saucer plates with the replacements! I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for making things right and for your generosity! I really appreciate it.
