When will my order ship?

Epoxy sealed items have a 4-6 week processing time Non epoxy items have a 1-2 week processing time. I do make an effort to get items out as soon as possible and often before the given estimate.

No stainless steel tumbler is dishwasher safe! The high temperature and steam damages the vacuum seal. Hand wash only with soft non abrasive cloth or sponge. Do not soak Do not drop as epoxy may crack Not microwave safe

What type of drink can go in my tumbler

These tumblers are designed for hot or cold drinks.

What kind of tumblers are used

All tumblers are either from The Steel Magnolia Company or Hogg brand. All tumblers used are double wall, vacuum sealed stainless steel.

Are they for hot or cold drinks

All the tumblers can contain either hot or cold drinks. The time it keeps liquid either hot or cold depends on the type of liquid and conditions it is in. For example: a tumbler containing black coffee with the lid on will keep the coffee hot longer than when cold creamer is added and the lid is removed.

Do they come with lids and straws?

All tumblers have lids included. All tumblers, except handled mugs, come with straws. Koozies have a twist on lid but do not include straws.

Can my order be rushed?

I do offer a $25 rush fee on epoxy tumblers. This pushes your order to the top of the production list and guarantees it will ship in less than 2 weeks. If you need a rush add on, please reach out to me prior to submitting your order. Selecting priority express shipping is not the rush fee. Priority express shipping only ensures that USPS handles the package faster once it’s in their possession. The fee is subject to increase for large orders. Depending on current order column this option me not always be available.

40oz powder coated stainless steel tumbler. It is laser engraved with the image shown. Other engraving templates can be used upon request.

**PLEASE NOTE**
- This is NOT a Stanley brand tumbler
- The lid and straw are included
- The images are created by engraving the powder coating and ARE permanent
- It is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to ensure longevity of the finish
- It is designed for both hot and cold drinks
- Should fit most standard cup holders

Due to the custom nature of these items and for hygienic reasons I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on the tumblers.
