If you are a US / Canadian or AUS costumer and chose standar shipping then your order is likely to be delayed in your country's customs. Tha's something the store isn't responsible of. With upgrade shipping (DHL express ) there's no delay at customs . All order that go through custom check are marked as gift orders so you won't pay extra fee.
