Due to the custom-made nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or requests for alterations after purchase or delivery. This includes orders without specific personalisation requests. If you have specific preferences, please communicate them through Etsy messages during the order process. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver the package. PETIT PLAYHOUSE is not liable for delays, lost items, or stolen packages as these are beyond our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. For stolen items, you can file a mail theft report with your local police department after obtaining tracking information.

What if my item is returned to the sender?

If an item is returned to the sender for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect), the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
