📦 How fast do you ship?

We are a small family-run business, it is only me and my husband Alex carefully preparing every order by hand. Most fabric orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Sample books, custom samples, and large orders may take more time because each piece is prepared, checked, labeled, cut, and packed individually. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible while still making sure every order is packed with care and accuracy. 🚚 Do you offer rush, express, or overnight shipping?

Normally, we need 1–2 business days to cut, prepare, and pack fabric orders. If you need faster packing, please add Rush My Order: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4460231104/rush-my-order-same-day-priority-packing Rush moves your order to the front of our packing queue, often same day or next business day depending on timing. For delivery, Express Shipping is usually the most practical fast option. You can choose it in your cart and see the estimated delivery date before checkout. Overnight may be possible through UPS, FedEx, or USPS, but prices can be very high and must be checked individually by order size, address, and deadline. Please message us before ordering, and we’ll check the best overnight option for you if available.

💌 Do you offer fabric samples or color cards?

We do not offer samples for every fabric. It is only me and my husband preparing orders, and making many small swatches takes time away from full orders. Sample books are mainly available for wholesale customers and for expensive fabrics such as bridal laces, beaded, luxury sequin, and specialty glitter fabrics. For regular fabrics, we recommend ordering 1 yard to test the color, drape, and texture. If you're choosing between colors, just message me. I'll gladly help with real photos, color comparisons, and recommendations before you order. 🤍

🧵 Why do fabric colors sometimes look different in person?

Screens can show colors differently because of brightness, display settings, lighting, and camera differences. We photograph fabrics in real light and try to make every shade as accurate as possible. Also, fabric colors can vary slightly between production batches. Even classic shades like white, ivory, black, or red may arrive a little warmer, cooler, lighter, or darker in a new shipment. If you need a perfect match or are reordering, please message us before purchase. We’ll be happy to check the current batch and send real photos if possible.

✂️ How will my fabric be cut if I order multiple quantities?

We try to provide fabric as one continuous piece whenever possible. If you order multiple quantities of the same fabric and color, for example 5 yards + 3 yards, we usually send one continuous 8-yard piece, unless you clearly request separate cuts in the order notes. Many customers order this way when the exact yardage is not available in the dropdown menu. If you need separate pieces, please write it before checkout, for example: “Please cut as two separate 2-yard pieces.” Fabric edges are raw and may be cut or torn from the roll depending on the fabric type.

🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For regular fabrics, returns or exchanges may be possible within 14 days if approved in advance. The fabric must be unused, uncut, clean, undamaged, and returned in perfect original condition. All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility, including return shipping and new shipping for an exchange. We kindly ask customers to choose carefully before ordering. Returned cut fabric pieces are very difficult, and often almost impossible, to resell as fresh fabric. As a small family shop, this helps us keep our business sustainable and reduce fabric waste. We do not accept returns on lace, beaded, sequined, or custom-cut specialty fabrics. Please contact me before sending anything back.

🌍 Will I have to pay customs or VAT for international orders?

Yes. Customs fees, VAT, duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in our item prices or shipping cost. We do not control these fees and cannot mark orders as “gift” or undervalue packages. Please watch for customs/VAT notices from your local postal service. If payment is missed or delayed, the package may be returned. If a returned package arrives back to us, we can refund the fabric/item cost only. Original shipping is paid to the carrier and cannot be refunded from my side.

🤝 Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we are happy to work with wholesale customers, designers, bridal studios, event decorators, and small businesses. We have a special **Wholesale & Leftovers** section in our shop with small rolls and bulk fabric options, usually starting from 25 yards. For many fabrics, full rolls or larger cuts may offer better pricing than small retail cuts. We also offer sample books / color cards for many main fabrics, so you can see colors and textures before placing larger orders. Please message us with the fabric name, color, yardage, shipping address, and deadline, and we’ll be happy to help.

📏 Can I order more yards than shown in the dropdown?

Yes. If you need more yardage than the dropdown menu shows, you can add several quantities to your cart. For example, if you need 12 yards and the menu only has 10 yards and 2 yards, add both options to your cart. We will usually send one continuous 12-yard piece whenever the roll allows it. If you need a very specific continuous length, please message us before ordering so we can check the roll. For large, wholesale, or project orders, please contact us with the fabric name, color, yardage, and deadline.

🧺 Where can I find care instructions?

Each listing includes fabric-specific care instructions, please take a moment to read the full description before ordering. Care varies between materials. For example, satin, chiffon, lace, glitter tulle, beaded fabric, and organza may all require different handling. Most delicate bridal and evening fabrics should be handled gently, stored carefully, and tested before steaming, ironing, washing, or sewing. Following the correct care instructions helps keep your fabric beautiful and lasting.

For care instructions:
Hand washing is recommended for tulle.
Use warm water (around 104 degrees Fahrenheit or around 40 degrees Celsius) and a gentle detergent for delicate fabrics. Choose a detergent suitable for colored, black, or white items, depending on the tulle color.
Avoid rubbing, squeezing, twisting, or wringing out tulle items. Stubborn stains can be treated by hand.
Do not wring out tulle items. Hang them on a line with clothespins in the bathroom. After draining, shake the garment well, carefully smoothing out any folds or creases.
When ironing a tulle skirt or dress, use the lowest iron setting (up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit or up to 100 degrees Celsius). Place a thick fabric between the iron and the tulle to prevent direct contact.

I was looking for netting to repair a small tear in a dress. I didn’t need much, and this shop offered swatches! Perfect! I picked 3 colors that looked close and waited for my 2” squares. When they came, it was so much better than I expected! Perfect presentation, and they sent THREE extra colors to be sure I had the one I needed. (I did - it’s the missing one 😉) The tulle is VERY nice too - now I wish I had something beautiful to make, instead of just a tiny repair. Like the Cinderella dress made by Bella Mae’s Designs! That would be lovely with this tulle. But I’m very happy with the small, perfectly matched square I got that I needed.
