Can I change my address if it's incorrect?

Yes, but only if within 24 hours. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your address. If beyond the 24 hours, we are not responsible and you will need to reach out to the USPS to make the needed updates.

What's the average production and shipping time?

Production and shipping times can vary depending on the item, time of year, weather delays, etc. We understand that you are excited to get your item as soon as possible, but please bear with us as each item is made to order and we take the utmost care in ensuring that your purchase is perfect. Please refer to the listing's shipping information for average production and delivery times.

I bought a number of different items. Will they all be packaged and shipped together?

Often we have customers that will purchase a sweatshirt with let's say a mug within the same order. Please note that we have different manufacturing partners for different items, so more often than not, some of these items will be shipped to you separately and may not arrive together or on the same day. If you have any questions, please reach out to us so that we can be sure to get you all of your tracking information.

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item such as purchasing a t-shirt instead of a hoodie?

Because all of our items are made to order, we cannot be responsible for customer errors as we begin the designing and production process immediately on many items within 24 hours. Please feel free to reach out to us as soon as you notice the error. We will work to help you resolve the error, but cannot always make this happen. To ensure that you are purchasing the exact item that you want, please double check your cart before checking out. We have many different apparel styles listed within a dropdown. Additionally, please note that if a listing photo shows a hoodie on the cover, the listing may not only be for a hoodie. We are only able to list one item on the main listing photo.

What about sizing? How do I know which size I should choose?

We ask that all customers who are trying to decide on the best fit for the item you are purchasing to be please reference any size charts listed on the listing. We are unable to provide every size chart for every item, however, we are happy to provide you with measurements. Please feel free to message us and we can assist! Additionally, the best way to measure for your perfect fit would be to lay your favorite shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt etc. flat and measure it sideways and up and down, and then compare it to our size charts. The majority of our items are unisex fit so please keep this in mind. *Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds/reprints for an item that may be too big or too small.

What if my order says that it's delivered but I haven't received it yet?

We ask that all customers continuously check their tracking information for updates. Once we hand off the package to the mail carrier, we are no longer in control of the package unfortunately. We've had customers who have shown that their packages were delivered, yet they didn't receive them. Many times, we've found that the mail carrier will scan them as having been delivered, but they actually will not be delivered to the customer for a couple days later. If your package is showing as delivered and you haven't received it, please let us know. We are happy to research it with the post office and submit a claim, however, we are not responsible for lost in transit packages. Etsy has a Buyers Protection Plan just for this to help you.
