We use only Premium Matte paper with a density of 220 gcm, and unique inks that will keep your prints for decades without color changes.

What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.

Are the delivery dates guaranteed?

The delivery dates are estimates and while they are usually honoured, on rare occasions some items can be delayed. This will not be considered a valid reason for return and we will do everything possible to help should your item be delayed

Can I have a refund if the item is damaged in the transit?

While it's rare that this will happen, it can. In such a circumstance, our stated policy is to replace the item free of charge regardless of the circumstance. Please send us a photo of the packaging and the product itself within 14 days
