For USA, Do I have pay tariff or duties? will I be bothered ?

DUTY PAID ALREADY - ATTENTION - For USA I use DDP ( duty paid service ) which takes 8-12 days to deliver . If you need it earlier I have rush shipping options too. Please contact me for the same.

When do I notify you, if there are any errors regarding the order?

With in 24hrs after receiving the package. This will help me send replacements in time and accommodate the replacement with my running orders. The key is, inform in time and not panic. Comfortable solutions are few messages away.

How soon do I make the purchase?

Please order asap. Fabric stock depletes pretty quickly as the demand for shirts is increasing steadily.

Do you deliver to the remote locations of Canada and Australia ?

Yes, but it might cost you a little extra for shipping please contact me for that before purchase. This is applicable for remote locations only .

How do I choose embroidery thread color and pipping color?

You can just mention the same in the personalization column or note to seller. You can choose any color you like for pipping and embroidery.

How soon can you deliver to USA?

Once dispatched the transit time is only 4-12 days depending on the shipping option you choose.

Can I provide PO Box address?

Yes, but PO delivery is using USPS only which may take more time to deliver hence door address is preferred .

Are there any custom duty applicable for USA?

Yes, only for rush shipping option , else there is no duty / tariffs.

Custom and personalized orders

Canada might attract some custom duty , I am not sure how much but it is generally 10-40% of the order value

I embroider names, dates, titles, names, 1,2,3 letter monograms
If 3 letter monograms please mention in First Last Middle order only.

🛁Washing Instructions:
Washing your sets before wearing is advisable.
Color may run specially for dark colors.
Simply steam to remove the creases.

Here are the instructions for Wash & Care
Hand wash or Dry-Clean in cold water with mild detergent.
A final rinse with a fabric softener is a good idea.
Air dry only

⚠️Lining is an inner cloth added to increase the opacity as it a light coloured fabric and some customers prefer lining as they don't want coloured inner garments to show up, most of customers dont get this added on, but totally your choice

Lining could be added for a little extra cost to shirts or sets ONLY on request. These sets or pcs dont come with lining
