Glam 1970s jersey dress from famed designer Victor Costa. It has an asymmetrical neckline at the front and back and an elastic waist. The skirt is long and straight with a knee high slit at the front. The dress is unlined and does not have any closures. Very Morticia Addams! The label reads Victor Costa Ltd.

Measurements: tagged vintage size 12; this is similar to modern M/L. The jersey has some stretch although the dress is meant to skim the body, not fit tightly. The bust does not have a fixed measurement due to the dolman style sleeves; I estimate it will fit up to a 38" bust. The elastic waist measures 24-34" and the hips measure 38". It's 15" from shoulder to waist and 42" from waist to hem.

Material: no tag; this is a jersey fabric, most like polyester.

Condition: the dress is in excellent vintage condition; however, it has been altered. The skirt and the sleeves have been shortened and the slit also appears to have resewn, possibly due to the new hem. Even shortened, the dress is still pretty long; with the alterations removed the dress would work well for someone tall!
