Badge Bird always dispatch orders within the estimated dispatch window. However, once an item has been dispatched nothing can be done to speed up delivery; consider this when choosing your delivery method at checkout.
Tracking is not available with Royal Mail Standard delivery options. Please, opt for upgraded delivery if you wish to track your order. Delivery times for international (outside the UK) orders can vary. Upgrading your delivery option to a tracked service is recommended. Please, allow up to 4 weeks-6 for International and 1-3 weeks for Domestic, Standard delivery options.

If you opted for a Standard delivery option without tracking, please allow (3 weeks for UK orders or 6 weeks for International (outside the UK) orders) from the dispatch date before deeming your order lost (and requesting a replacement/refund).
If the delivery option you opted for facilitated tracking, and the delivery date has passed, please get in touch.
Please note that the seller is not responsible for costs associated with resending or replacing items in instances where the buyer has provided incorrect delivery information or failed to collect items from local delivery locations (such as local collection from post offices).
