There are no refunds after purchase due to the digital nature of the products.

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount

A mockup file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as
Photoshop, Canva, Design Space and other photo editing softwares. Our Mockup files are Flat
JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive
so you can easily just add your own designs on it. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't
fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to
select the correct size.

For a template that is editable, Yes, you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or Pro.

To access your digital files from your account:

Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
