Can I change my address after placing my order?

Address changes can be made up to 2 hours after placing the order. In case the address provided at the time of placing the order is invalid, the carrier will not be able to deliver it or contact the supplier or us. The customer must contact us to report the issue, and we will proceed to resend the order to the correct address. However, shipping charges will apply to cover the expenses incurred by the customer's error. Please note that the shipping price may be higher than what you initially paid, as part of the shipping price is included in the price of the products in our store.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it's not the size you ordered, meaning it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and correct it. PLEASE NOTE! It's not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you're unsure about which size would fit you best, please refer to our size chart: we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom, and compare it.

How long will it take to get my order?

It takes between 2 and 5 (average 3) days for us to produce and ship the products. Then you need to add the shipping times (5-7 business days), which is the average time it takes to reach your hands.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

What happens if my product has shipping issues?

It's uncommon, but sometimes orders are not delivered due to a carrier error (even if the address is correct) and are returned to production. In these cases, the order must be produced again from scratch and sent. We can also offer a full refund for the paid product if the customer prefers. We also strive to deliver orders on time. However, in the rare case that your order arrives outside the estimated timeframe, we will refund the shipping cost. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of the product, as all our items are printed on demand and, as mentioned, all sales are final. We recommend placing your order in advance if you need to receive the product by a specific date.

How are your products printed?

All t-shirts and sweatshirts are DTG Printed (Direct-to-garment), meaning there will be no cracking or peeling as the design is printed into the fabric.

How much time do I have to validate a sample of my purchase before it is sent to production?

If the client personally requests a product sample, or we send one for any reason, they have 24 hours from the moment the sample is sent to validate it and approve it for production or suggest changes. This time frame ensures timely delivery. If the client does not respond within 24 hours, we will assume they are satisfied with the product and proceed with production.

Message response time

We respond within 24 hours to messages. Please send us a message through ETSY messages and not our email because emails are not checked as often. If you don't hear back from us, please resend the message as we sometimes miss some messages due to spam messages that come to our inbox.
