I'm pretty sure this is a fondue pot, not a planter lol. As soon as I received it, I knew it must have had some other purpose. Why would a planter have saucer so large? Why would a planter with a saucer not have any drainage holes? Then I began thinking about what sort of food would warrant this design -- I'm a millennial, so I had no first hand knowledge -- and fondue eventually came to mind. This is a funny, apparently common mistake: https://www.etsy.com/listing/688996492/mid-century-white-confetti-planter Anyhow, I'm happy with the glaze and the shipping. I'd recommend the seller.

Response from JoAnn M

I have reached out to the buyer to explain that the item she purchased is in fact a vintage planter. Every item, I sell I research thoroughly. There was no "funny, apparently common mistake" on my part. When buyer made the purchase, she did see 10 photos, so I am puzzled as to why she questioned its use AFTER having it in her possession. She states in her feedback, she is happy with the glaze and shipping and would recommend the seller. So I can only assume a 4 star review is because she is believe I sold her something that she was misled about its use. That is very unfair as a seller.
