* This item is designed by me (Heather at Sea2Sea Treasures, LLC) located in Woodland Hills, Kentucky. I am the owner and sole employee so when you send messages I will be the one responding every time. I take customer service very seriously and strive daily to make your purchase pleasant, reliable and affordable.

* Manufacturing and shipping is done by my partner printers throughout the USA and overseas. This is why we do not have "fancy packaging/add-ins" and the return address on the label may list a location other than Kentucky.

*This process is called Print on Demand (POD). This allows me to offer a large amount of design options and products for my customers without holding inventory. This is a wonderful option for those of us with small businesses who do not have access to storage warehouses.

* This item is custom made to order. That means that there is a production time that averages 2-7 days for each item. That is different from Ready to Ship (RTS) items. What that means is that I do not have an option to ship same or next day. I have no control over how busy my partner printers are (especially during peak holiday times). That being said - 99% of my items are shipped in 5 days or less.

* Express shipping upgrades may be available for some items (however the cost is significantly higher). Let me know if you need a quote.

* With any type of manufacturing, things can happen such as delays, misprints, or items lost in the mail. If you do not have tracking information for your order 7 days after you order please message me so that I can look into it.

* If you are not happy for any reason when you receive your order please let me know. I will work with you to come to a resolution which may include a replacement or refund. In most cases, items will need to be sent back to me (in Kentucky) in unused condition prior to a refund awarded.

* If you need a quantity of something that is higher than the amount shown on the listing please let me know. I can also see if you qualify for a bulk discount based on the number of items that you need.
