We are happy to provide a sizing chart upon request. That being said:

RINGS – For accurate sizing, it's advised to visit a local fine jewelry/upscale department store to have your finger measured. Like blue jeans, commercial brands often have inconsistent sizing. We use the most accepted US sizing standard used by 99% of fine jewelers.

NECKLACES – Our necklace sizes are indicated in inches and represents the total length when straightened against a tape measure. You can use a string wrapped around your neck at your desired length and measure it against a ruler or tape measure.

BRACELET - For comfort, you can use the string method above and add 0.5 to 1 inch to the length of a tight string against your wrist.

Although we do not accept returns on custom orders, we do stand by the quality of our work. Unlike our competitors, we are collegiately trained professional goldsmiths, and we use only the highest quality materials and the finest techniques to lovingly handcraft each piece.

All of our pieces come with a 100 day quality guarantee. If for any reason your jewelry breaks, discolors or tarnishes, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we would be happy to remake the piece properly or offer a refund.

Our Gold Filled and Sterling Silver jewelry is meant for everyday wear, and is designed to be waterproof.

Cleaning instructions:

We recommend very gently wiping your piece with a microfiber cloth with a small dab of silver cleaning solution like Tarn-X (Can be found at the grocery store or online).

This process can overtime or if done aggressively or too frequently, can scratch the jewelry.

An alternative jeweler's hack is to buy a $30 ultrasonic cleaner online, which uses sound waves and a drop of dish soap to quickly and gently "buzz" off dirt and grime, without scratching the jewelry. This removes dirt even in places where you cant reach with a cloth. Contact me for ultrasonic recommendations.
