100% woven cotton welding cap, made to order in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Built for the welding environment — cotton doesn't melt, doesn't itch, and breathes during long shifts. We add a small amount of ease to the sizing so the cap still fits after the natural shrinkage that comes with heat exposure.

**Sizing**
Our size chart is in the listing photos — check it before ordering. Our sizes follow our own chart, not other brands'. Size 7¾ = 63.5cm (25"). Elastic band at the back for a secure fit.

**Made to order**
Every cap is printed and sewn specifically for your order. Production takes up to 5 weeks before dispatch. This is not a stock item pulled from a shelf.

**Care**
Machine washable. The print is designed to hold up through repeated washing.

**Not fire-resistant.** Cotton welding caps protect from sparks and heat splash — they are not FR-rated PPE. If your workplace requires FR certification, this cap is not suitable.
