Seller's description

This classic inspirational/motivational piece was written in 1929 by Max Ehrmann. It contains very sensible advice for leading a stress-free life. Sometimes it is incorrectly listed as found in St. Richard's Church (wherever that is). Originally hand lettered in Celtic and Renaissance italic with a Renaissance Capital "G" and hand drawn ivy border, "Desiderata" makes a great gift for a birthday, graduation, or promotion. "Desiderata" is Latin for "to be desired". Just reading it is relaxing. If you prefer a classic or more masculine style, order the artwork without a border in any color.
I will personalize it free with the recipient's and giver's names and date.

“Received in the time promised and gave excellent communication. Seller sent a nice addition at no charge, a printed greeting card. The print is nicely matted and was mailed in a protective thick mailer so it arrived in bent and ready to frame. Thank you Jackie.”

Beautiful calligraphy Desiderata! Jacqueline was quite helpful and prompt with my order. We had several back-and-forth emails in quick succession. Since it was for my son who lives in a separate state, and had custom salutations, she sent me a photo before she shipped it. I was very pleased with her concern and her wonderful professionalism. Definitely order from her - you will be happy you did!

Ordering with Jacqueline was a breeze. She stayed in constant communication until the print arrived and after to be sure it was as I had envisioned. It came nicely wrapped, suppose to be a gift, but I had to take a peak.....beautiful! Perfect in every way. I so love Desiderata, and after seeing her beautiful work, I may have to order another one for me!! Very, very pleased! ~ Sally S Benham
