⭐ How to customize?
1) After your payment, you will receive a link by email and via Etsy messaging to access our customization tool.
2) Once you're finished, simply confirm your customization. Not satisfied with the final result? No worries: we'll refund you!
3) We will then print and send your poster within 48 hours via La Poste or Mondial Relay, if you prefer. If you choose the "Print it yourself" option: it will be sent within 24 hours by email in high-resolution .pdf or .jpg format.

📃 When ordering, choose the format you want:
- A4 unframed (21 × 29.7 cm)
- A3 unframed (29.7 x 42 cm)
- A4 with light wood frame (23 x 32 x 3 cm) or black wood frame (23.5 x 32.5 x 3.5 cm)
- A3 with light wood frame (32 x 42 x 3 cm) or black wood frame (32.5 x 42.5 x 3.5 cm)
- "Print-it-yourself" format (PDF file for printing, JPEG or PNG sent by email)

🔨- MATERIALS USED -
The posters are produced with a professional printer.
We also use slightly glossy professional paper for a high-quality finish.
The frames are made of engineered wood with a light or dark wood effect, guaranteeing a beautiful finish. The glass is made of plexiglass for better impact resistance and improved light transmission onto the poster.

📦- SHIPPING INFORMATION -
We take great care to protect our creations carefully in sturdy packaging so that they do not get damaged during transport.
For A4 format: the poster is protected in tissue paper and then inserted flat into a thick, rigid cardboard envelope.
For A3 format: the poster is first protected in kraft paper and then carefully rolled into a thick shipping tube.
For framed posters: the frame is protected in several layers of bubble wrap and then inserted into a thick cardboard shipping box.
