· PAY ATTENTION that during the holidays (e.g. on Christmas) estimated delivery terms may increase by 10-15 days due to the heavy workload of the post services. After 20th December I cannot guarantee, that your order will be delivered before Christmas.

Delivery information
· Order processing times are indicated individually for each product and may vary (if you do not know where you are looking at, you can contact me)

· After shipment, you will be provided with its tracking number.

· All packages are shipped to the Etsy mailing address. So make sure the address entered is correct. If you want to use a different mailing address, please change it before making your purchase.

· If you would like the product to be delivered by a certain event / date, please contact me before placing your order.

· The seller is not responsible for the payment of customs duties and taxes (if any).

· Seller is not responsible for postal or customs delays.

· Please contact me if you have any questions.

Order cancellation
· You can cancel your order within 6 hours after purchase if it was not sent.

· I will refund you the money for the goods and the shipping cost, but 6% of the total amount are irretrievable (since I work through an intermediary), as well as a 4% PayPal commission (only 10%). This percentage is irrecoverable since the cancellation of the order was not due to the fault of the seller.

· I do not cancel the order or make a refund in case the goods
has been shipped because he is on his way to his destination.

· I do not make a refund for personalized orders.ct to the products already used in any way.

· The returned goods must be sent back with a track number within 14 days after its receipt. Goods must be returned in their initial state without of unreasonable use and tear. After sending, provide the Seller with the track number. Do not send the good back without the preliminary agreement with the Seller.

· I do not make a refund for delivery charges, only for product cost. You will get a refund only after good is returned to the Seller (except for 10 % of the total price).

· Return shipment is paid by the Buyer.

· If your package has been marked as "unclaimed", it may be resent to your address.

Cancellation of orders is possible within 4 hours after purchase.

All orders are packed in beautiful wrapping paper (free of charge)

Personalization is available for all hardback notebooks with a fabric cover. If you do not see the possibility of personalization in your chosen product, please contact me.

Please note that delivery to the USA may be carried out by several carriers depending on the value and weight of the package. I am trying to choose the "Consolidation" shipping method to speed up the receipt of the parcel by the client.

- "Consolidation" - average delivery time in general approx
10-21 days. Orders with this type of delivery are first shipped by UPS to a US warehouse (Miami Beach, FL) and then shipped to the customer by USPS. Parcels begin to be served within a week after dispatch.
You can also choose express delivery and receive the package faster (using DHL or UPS postal services)
