HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Please note that production times may increase during the holiday season due to high demand. To ensure delivery before Christmas, it is best to order at least 3 weeks in advance.

My Immortal is a work of parodic fan fiction that was posted to fanfiction.net during the years of 2006 & 2007. One of the most unintentionally(?) hilarious pieces of writing the internet has ever produced, it has never been determined whether or not it is a work of satire, and the identity of its author is considered impossible to verify.

The text and its interspersed author's notes have been designed as a printed, two-color, paperback novella. To set off the chasm between the story's ambitions and its reality, the type and covers have been dressed in a Victorian Gothic sort of style. This book was created to give you the opportunity of featuring 'My Immortal' on your shelf, with an appearance that utterly belies the gloriously abysmal quality of the writing itself.

The book is 5x8" and 122 pages, and includes a custom 'Dramatis Personae' page in the front matter. The cover has a matte treatment. Shipping costs included in total price.

This edition was created by Tim Henderson, a book designer located in Manhattan, specialized in designing and formatting interiors for publishers, independent authors, and book lovers: www.typesettersworkshop.com

I got this as a surprise for my boyfriend, and he absolutely adores it, he screamed when he flipped through it and saw the author’s notes were in red, which I was also super impressed by. The seller who formatted this timeless piece of internet culture that will outlive the demise of the human race, evolution of roach-kind, explosion of the sun, etc has made it all the more iconic with so many little touches that really elevates this to a height that’s very jarring when you begin to read the fic itself. This novelization of My Immortal is the absolute best anyone has ever treated a piece of the written word, and whether or not it deserves it is beside the point. This is an absolute treasure to own, and if you or someone you know loves fanfic like we do (obsessive, will print out fics and put them in a binder), get them this.

A high quality book for every goff millennial internet historian's collection. I'm impressed by the typeset and accuracy to the original fanfic.

Perhaps the crown jewel of my bookshelf, I will be proud to display and showcase it as a cornerstone of my book collection, right next to the Aeneid by Virgil and the Holy Bible.
