What to Expect from a Basic Package?

For every basic package order, we can spend maximum 1 hour to create the design and can provide number of revisions mentioned on the listing. We cannot provide a total-redesign as the package price is highly affordable and a total bargain deal.

What if I receive a design I don't like?

Provide us all the details regarding your design is the best way to avoid such situation. For example, 'I want a modern minimalist and professional design' is not a helpful instruction. If you have visual clarity of what you want in design, kindly let us know. If you have samples/examples/inspirations, we will love to design accordingly. If you don't know what exactly you want, no issues. Let us know that you don't know what to expect, and we will help you identify what you will like and what you won't.

Why I don't get instant response?

Well, either we are busy designing your order or we are simply sleeping. :) We are from India (+5:30 GMT). We are 4-5 hours ahead of Europe and 9-12 hours ahead of USA. Further more, you will receive 100% personalized response in first come first served bases. Some days are just hectic and we do our best to cope-up but sometime delay is inevitable.

How can I get refund?

Well, this is a consumable service. Let us know that you want to cancel the order before we start the work on your design. At the end of the day, we want our time and energy to deliver better designs to our clients.

How to get a refund after I receive the design?

If you have not provided 'visual clarity of design' about how you want your designs, the refund is not possible because you don't like the designs. A clear guideline of design objects, arrangement of the design objects, look and feel of entire design, proportion and visual references when necessary to clearly explain the design requirement which can get perfectly interpreted by the reader is 'Visual Clarity of Design'. If you have provided 'visual clarity of design' and the designs are not as per your clear guidelines, you can ask for refund. Once you ask any changes/modifications in the design, it implies that you have received & accepted the digital personalized item and refund will not be feasible after this point.

How long my order can stay open?

We live in a world where the Internet connection is part of our lives. If there is no response from you within 14 days of the last message sent - I consider the work to be completed in any condition.
