Why can't I return my digital download?

Digital downloads are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.

Will you send me the files via email?

No, I do not send files via email. If you are logged into your Etsy account when you make the purchase, you can find your files in the "Purchases" section on Etsy. If you check out as a "guest," Etsy will email you a link to your files. Please make sure to save your files to your device. I cannot resend files if they are lost.

Great images. Just make sure you want pdfs only. I mis-read and thought I'd get jpgs too. Not a big deal to convert them, just an extra step before the separate the images.
