How do I download my purchased digital files?

To access your digital files, navigate on a desktop to "You > Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. To the right of the order, click "Download Files". This goes to the Download page for all the files attached to your order. Etsy will also send you a download email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. *Please note that digital products cannot be downloaded from the Etsy mobile app at this time.

May I print multiple copies of my digital download?

Absolutely! By purchasing a digital file, you gain indefinite access to that product and permission to print an unlimited number of copies! However, multiple copies may be printed for personal use only. Printing in order to redistribute is not allowed. Please note that by purchasing from Sunshower Printables, you understand and agree to these terms!

Do you offer multiple sizes of your digital products?

Most of my printable products include US Letter (8.5" x 11") & A4 (210mm x 297 mm) sizes. Please read individual product descriptions for more information and specifics.

Are your digital products able to be customized?

No, my digital products are not intended to be edited, customized, or altered in any way. All of my products are copyright protected and intended for personal use only. If you are looking for templates of digital products to alter, carry in your own store, and/or resell as your own, please look elsewhere.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, I am unable to offer any returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Don't hesitate to contact me prior to purchase with any questions! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact me before leaving a review and we will get something figured out!

I'm a mental health professional, may I use these products with my clients?

I would be honored. As long as you do not edit my products, remove my copyright, or claim ownership, you may share printed copies with your exclusive clients. Do not share access to the digital copies of my products. This is my livelihood. If you would like your coworkers, peers, or clients to have the ability to print their own copies, please redirect them to my Etsy shop. Thank you for understanding!
