What are your turnaround times?

Each product varies, so check the individual listing for production times. Our customers are the world to us so we make it a priority to try to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible. When viewing a product, you can see Etsy's estimated delivery window for accurate information.

Do you have an express shipping method?

We offer complimentary USPS First Class 2-6 business day shipping. We also offer USPS Priority 2-4 Day Shipping and UPS Ground 1-5 Day Shipping Should you need an express shipping method, please purchase your own shipping label online with the delivery service of your choice.(FED-EX, UPS.com) We will provide you with all the information you will need for the label. Once purchased, please email the label to us so we can print and use on your package.

When will I receive my item?

designLEE Studio has limited control over the delivery service and shipping carriers. With that said, when viewing a product, you can check Etsy's estimated delivery window. Keep in mind, each product is Custom Made to order and each product can vary from 2-7 Business Days to produce. Shipping time needs to be calculated on top of our production time, to provide accurate estimates.

What if my cake topper arrives damaged?

Please notify us of any broken items within 3-4 business days of package delivery. We will send another one at no additional cost. designLEE Studio's mission is to provide world-class customer service. We want to be your friend in the "Cake Topper" business and we take that relationship seriously!

Can I see a Proof of my cake topper before shipping?

Absolutely! Prior to cutting and shipping, we can provide up to 3 Proofs after purchase, at no additional cost of the design you purchased. If you request or receive a proof and don't approve it by the "Ship Out Date" we will assume you approve the proof and ship your cake topper. Please be prepared if you're expecting a proof to approve or request changes before your ship out date. If you decide to cancel after receive a proof, we will retain a $6.99 design fee.

Where can I get my Digital Files Printed?

If you’re considering a professional printer, we recommend Prints of Love. Check them out at: https://printsoflove.com/designlee-studio/ You can also print at Kinkos, Office Max, Vista Print, or from Home.

What is Rush Production and how does it differ from Shipping?

The Rush Production Option will ensure your product is ready to ship in 24 Business Hours or less(Excluding Sundays). This means, that if you don't request a proof, your personalized order will ship out next day using USPS First Class 2-5 Business Day Shipping Time. When calculating your items' arrival, please add both the Production time frame and shipping timeframe, to ensure your product arrives in time for your event. Please note, when ordering Rush, we will begin designing your item and cutting it within 1HR in most cases. If you wish to cancel after 1HR of ordering, we will refund the full amount, less $6.99 design fee.
