Please note, that we recommend sealing our LARGE urns with adhesive suitable for ceramic surfaces. This is done in order to prevent spilling of the ashes and entrance of water or humidity inside the urn. Ceramic lids are without threads and DO NOT close tightly, which may lead to ashes spill if not sealed. We recommend using plastic bag for ashes. Alternative to the plastic bag is our INNER COATING® technology. 🔴 Watch a detailed video of how to seal our large urns for ashes (copy & paste): https://youtu.be/rSoe-2ES6c4 or request instructions from us. Pulvis Art Urns will not bear any responsibility if any damage to the urn is caused, because of improper sealing and storage. Sealing the urn is entirely customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy If you receive a product, which is damaged, or defunct then we will be happy to provide replacement or refund. Goods should be inspected immediately for damage, in front of the courier (if possible) and if found to be damaged reported to us within 24 hours quoting the order number. Please note this does not include damage or defect caused by accident, misuse or neglect by the customer. Please, note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if the urn is too small to hold the ashes or if another colour is preferred after receiving the urn. All products have their capacity and dimensions in the listing description, which can be found at our website.

KEEPING THE URN OUTSIDE OR IN A COLUMBARIUM NICHE (DISCLAIMER)

Most of our models are suitable for keeping outside or in a columbarium niche. Please note the following: Always keep the urn at dry place, without any access to water or humidity. If the urn is situated outdoors, it should be under shelter, so it is away from snow, rain or humidity. Water or other liquid can soak into the urn if it is not sealed well and can end in cracking if it freezes. Columbarium niches should also be isolated from water, humidity or rain. Do not bury the urn; Do not immerse the urn in any liquid. Do not fill the urn with water. Pulvis Art Urns (Pulvis Ltd.) will not bear any responsibility if any damage to the urn is caused, because of improper keeping.

KEEPING THE URN AT HOME(DISCLAIMER)

Our urns are designed and suitable mostly for keeping at home. Please, note: Keep urn out of the reach of children and pets. Keep urn on a stable surface, without a risk of tipping over and breaking. Keep away from fire, water or humidity. Do not use any chemicals to clean the urn. Urns can be cleaned with dry soft cloth only. Candles Some of our products do have a special place for a candle. Please, note: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Pulvis Art Urns (Pulvis OOD) will not bear any responsibility if any damage is caused by improper use of our productss or of the candles in our products.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS (DISCLAIMER)

Since each urn made by Pulvis Art Urns is entirely handmade, there might be some minor variations in the color (finish) of the product compared to the original photos in our website. As glazing our products depend on variety of factors, we cannot guarantee that every urn will be exactly as shown on the photos, but we do our best to minimize the difference, if such occurs. Please, make sure your monitor is properly calibrated and you check our product photos on at least two different devices. Some minor cosmetic imperfections may also occur. ✅WHAT IS INNER COATING® by Pulvis (Lifetime Guarantee)

INNER COATING® is a thin, rubber-like protective layer applied to the inside of the urn. Its sole purpose is to keep the cremation ashes securely contained in one place in the event of an accidental breakage. Urns with INNER COATING® come with a lifetime guarantee — if the urn is ever broken, we will replace it free of charge, once the damaged urn is returned to us.

Inner Coating is optional. Please note, that with the INNER COATING® included, the urn can lose about 5% of its original capacity and it also becomes heavier.
