Please check the estimated delivery date in the 'delivery details' section before ordering as our turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are. Standard delivery is tracked 48 to the UK. International orders take 5-7 working days to arrive as long as there are no delays with the mail.

❤️ - HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER - ❤️

We process hundreds of orders each week across our shop, not just bows, so your order will sit in a queue until it’s ready to be worked on. We will NOT see any special requests until we get to your order, so please do not leave any messages requesting orders sooner here - please send us a message before ordering to ensure we can process this for you. Depending on our turnaround, your order can sit for a few weeks before we get to designing and making your bows. This is longer in spring and summer and shorter in autumn and winter. We politely request that you only request orders are processed sooner than our standard turnaround if they are needed urgently for a specific reason e.g your wedding is before the estimated dispatch date.

Please ensure that all spellings and personlisation choices are correct as unfortunately you will incur another charge for the item should you receive incorrect spellings which was not our mistake. This also applies if you accidentally order the incorrect colour or style. Please also ensure you check your address is correct and not missing house number/street information as you will incur another delivery charge should the item be returned to us following incorrect address information being submitted with your order. If you realise it is wrong after placing the order, please send us a message and we can change it in the Royal Mail system.

For our purposes we define a bulk buy purchase as more than 10 of one item (e.g 10 flutes).

We are often asked if we can offer a discount on an order if around 5 robes are purchased for example. Many of our products are designed to be bought in bulk (e.g. glasses/slippers/hangers for the whole bridal party) As it takes the same amount of time and materials to create each item regardless of how many are ordered, unfortunately we are not able to offer a discount for a standard sized order of under 10.

If you are purchasing more than 10 of one item, please send us a message to discuss :)

If you require your order for a certain date which is sooner than your estimated dispatch date, please contact us as we will be able to prioritise your order to get it to you in time for the date required.

If you have not placed an order but would like something sooner than the estimated date, please let us know and we will let you know if we can fit you in.

At this time we do not offer the option to pay to have your order completed within a couple of days after purchase due to how busy we are.

Yes, please ask us for our price lists for both bag and box bundles, we have set bundles but you can also mix and match items and we can work you out a price.

We offer a payment plan if you wanted to spread the cost. We ask for a 10% deposit on booking and the rest is due 6 weeks before your wedding, you can pay in instalments of your choosing up to the due date if your prefer, or you can wait and pay it all when it’s due. We make and send the items once full payment is received, subject to the turnaround timescales at the time the full balance is received (it’s usually around 4-5 weeks but varies depending on how busy we are) You can also choose to pay the balance off earlier and still receive your items closer to your wedding.
