Victorian 1900s Pure Silk Hand Finished Bloomers,
The waist is Elasticated although this is a little overstretched.
The pants as an inverted panel for a smooth fit and cut to accommodate a generous gusset.
From a lady’s country house collection
The bloomers are exquisitely made, with all seams etc being hand finished.
This is a beautiful example of needlecraft. All measurements were taken seam to seam when the garment was laid flat and have been provided as a guidance for you to compare against an item of ones own.
The waist; 40” Elasticated to 42”

Rise; 18”

The garment has been professionally laundered, and sanitised and is ready to wear.
These are part of my own heirloom collection and as I’m downsizing, they have to go.
