Highlights
I was SO excited when I found this treasure....Offering a beyond beautiful high quality multi five 5 strand glass vanilla off white/light ivory pearl and sapphire blue rhinestone designer signed choker necklace. This will be the perfect "Something Old" and "Something Blue" for the Bride. The design is very similar to the pearl and sapphire choker worn by Princess Diana during that famous dance with John Travolta, only smaller in scaled. The centerpiece on this gorgeous necklace features a multi-faceted deep navy (Montana) blue oval cut glass crystal in a domed long octagonal silver rhodium plated setting that is lavishly encrusted with BRILLIANTLY clear sparkly diamond white sparkly crystal rhinestones. It features 5 strands of lustrous high-quality glass pearls in a vanilla ivory that come together in the back with silver rhodium plated ornate connectors. Photos don't do this treasure justice. It closes with a hook and fits most necks. It can be worn from about 14 1/2 to 17 1/2 inches (36.8 to 44.5 cm) when fastened. To give a better idea of scale, that exquisite centerpiece measures 1 1/4 inches (3.2 cm) high and those yummy pearls are 4 mm in diameter. This necklace is in near pristine vintage condition with all stones present and bright and no scratches or chips to the pearls. Though still so full of sparkle, the treasure has mellowed just a teeny tad. It is unsigned and has a nice weight and hangs beautifully! I would date it from the 1970s - 1990s. This stunning necklace will be perfect for your big day and an heirloom to pass down to future generations.
