What are digital items?

Digital items are items we sell which can be accessed on the free version of Canva. These can be edited by yourself and downloaded. You can do with them as you please, from printing through to emailing etc.

What can be edited in the template?

- Text, font style, size, colour, text placement. - Artwork size and placement - Background colour / image - Add your own images or delete images

What can't be edited?

The size and orientation cannot be edited. If you would like a custom size, please message us and we can do one for you.

What if my link doesn’t work once after purchase?

If you are having any trouble with receiving your link or unable to access it please reach out and let me know, that way I am able to send you a direct link

1. After you order, you can download the PDF file which is included with the purchase.
2. Inside the PDF will be instructions and buttons. Click on the button which matches your desired template size.
2. Once you have accessed the links inside the PDF and opened them, click the ‘Use Template’ button.
3. If not already signed in, you will be prompted to sign into Canva, please do this or create an account.
4. You will then be directed to the Canva page where you can begin editing the design.
5. Once you have finished editing, you can go ahead and download your design in the format you wish.

Yes, this however is super easy to do and takes no time at all. You can then log in to this same account to re-edit templates.
