This bold, chunky chainmail choker is woven carefully by hand one ring at a time, using silver and lavender purple anodized aluminum rings in a Full Persian, or Fox Tail weave, with a large polished nickel silver heart shaped padlock closure at the front. The lock is reversible, you can have the keyhole showing at the front, or flip it over to reveal the back which has been decorated with a lovely light purple enamel with a gorgeous druzy gemstone-like sparkle unlike any other. The lock measures about 1 1/4", or 30 millimeters, and comes with two keys, a polishing cloth and care instructions.

Because it is made with aluminum, the chain is incredibly lightweight & comfortable, and will never tarnish.

If you have a nickel allergy, please let me know & I'd be happy to add a resin coating to the back of the lock as well, at no extra charge!

Yes! I make all my collars suitable for 24/7 wear; I use anodized aluminum for the chains because it’s hypoallergenic, doesn’t rust or tarnish, and can be cleaned easily with soap and water. Just be sure to use the polishing cloth included with your order to polish up the lock regularly, and dry it thoroughly after a shower - especially around the edges of the lock where water can seep under the enamel. Ideally though, taking it off for showering and sleeping will help increase its life span significantly. Generally speaking, after about 6 months or so, the lock would need replacing with 24/7 wear, but can last years if it’s removed at shower & bed time.

LOVE my new collar lock! 🔐😻 I have skin sensitivities and needed the locking side to have a clear coat of red in to keep the metal off my skin. Jen was quick to reply to my message and accommodating with my special request. I am shocked that she shipped my order SO FAST. Overall I'm over the moon about my new lock and Daddy loves it, too. Unfortunately, there's a little scuff on the front/clear side of my lock that I think happened in shipping but it's not the primary direction I'll be wearing it so it's minor in my opinion. It came in a cute little box but I suggest also wrapping up the lock in some cotton padding or something to prevent the the lock from pressing against the box in transit. I'll be wearing this 24/7 so I will definitely be ordering another one from this store when the time comes to replace it. Thanks, Jen!
