Handpainted Pijnacker jug and small vase by Royal Delft (Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles). This set looks very elegant.
Inspired by Japanese Imari style, the exclusive Pijnacker decoration with red/orange, blue and true 24 karat gold painting is the most expensive technique in the history of Porceleyne Fles. Besides the gold painting this is caused by the need for an additional firing round at lower temperature to preserve the red and gold painting. Due to production costs Pijnacker decoration was taken out of production in 2008.
