Necklace is beautiful and was exactly what I ordered. Customer service was phenomenal. They were so patient, helpful, and responded quickly! Necklace came on time and was packaged well. They included an extra free gift! 10/10 recommend. Can’t attest to durability as this is a Mother’s Day gift that I will be giving this week.
