What shipping service do you use? And how quickly do you dispatch?

We're based in the UK! All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked delivery which aims to deliver in a few days in the UK. International orders can take 2 -4 weeks depending on where you're based and if they get delayed at customs which is totally beyond our control. We deliver to UK, Europe, USA and Canada. We do not delivery to some countries including Mexico, India, Australia and New Zealand. You can upgrade to next day delivery at checkout. (UK only) Please be aware that Royal Mail runs slower at busy times of the year. This is completely beyond our control. We aim to dispatch all gifts on the same day, or the next day.

How do I track my order? What is the recipient isn't home?

Via your tracking code. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive email notifications with your tracking details and delivery updates. You can track using the Royal Mail website. If your recipient misses the delivery you must arrange the redelivery via Royal Mail. We cannot do this for you.

Do you include receipts or invoices inside the package?

As a gift business, we know how important it is to exclude any receipts and price information from your order. Therefore, the package you receive will never contain any invoice or receipt. You will receive your receipt by email.

Custom and personalised orders

Your personalised message will be hand written on a gift card and placed inside the box. Simply use the personalisation box to type out what you'd like it to say!

How do your hampers come presented?

Our Hampers and Letterbox Gifts come beautifully presented in a brown box with a pink or kraft label that reads " I'm here to make your day better". The postage label is placed on the back of the box. *We can customise our labels to any colour upon request. We also offer a gift wrapping service. We wrap in kraft paper and add a ribbon, a gift-tag and an occasion sticker, such as happy birthday. The inside of our Hampers and Letterbox Gifts include a white Tissue Paper Sleeve, pink or white Hamper Stuffing as per the image, and a sprinkle of confetti!

Can I build my own gift box?

Yes, we offer a build-your-own gift service. Simple message us and we will work with to to create the exact gift you need, based on your preferences and budget.
