How long is process time and shipping ?

Process time for orders is 15 business days (Monday- Friday). If you place a order over the weekend it will be consider for next business day. Then its a 2-3 days Priority mail shipping by USPS depending where you live. Once your order has been dropped off with USPS, It is out of my control for any delays. Please order in a timely manner.

Rush Fee is an additional charge for expedite turn around time. ( This does not include shipping service or cost ) Due to high volumes of orders Rush Orders will be only be done upon availability. Please message me for availability and confirmation. Please read Rush fee listing for updated processing.

Do you do custom lei?

Yes, I do custom lei orders upon request. Please submit your custom lei request under CUSTOM LEI LISTING .

A mockup is a rough draft for all new custom lei that I create for the first time . There is a $15 fee for all new mockups, this fee counts towards your order if you decide to purchase. A digital draft will be sent within 4-5 business days. If you decide to move forward, please make sure to check your messages to review and confirm draft . In case you fail to confirm mockup within the 15 business day period of your order , lei will be created with the best of my knowledge with the information you have provided, for example, grade level, favorite characters to theme Lei , color coordination ETC.

Do you accept Inspo pictures?

Yes, you can send your inspo pictures, but I will NOT recreate the lei the same way. Also, I do not work with chat GTP or any IA type of service.

Custom and personalized orders

I only send a picture of leis that are custom, if lei is purchased as in the AD listing I will not be sending any pictures. This takes time as I'm completing orders and packaging?

During graduation peak season I will not be sending orders earlier than scheduled ship date. It's not fair to those who placed their orders on time and have their orders backed up. I will only send orders earlier than scheduled shipping day when it has slow down or if theres space on the day I am working on orders. Thankyou for understanding.

I ordered the baby pink and white ribbon lei (#4). The quality and decorations are very cute and well made! My only suggestion would be to make the baby pink a little darker, since it looked very close to the white in person. It was delivered 3 days after the requested date, so unfortunately it missed a Senior Night event. However, I’ll still be able to use it for graduation. I understand she’s busy, and overall it’s still a beautiful lei!
