What if I ordered the wrong size?

Once an item is returned, we remove it completely from our inventory and will not resell it, even if the customer states that the item has not been worn. This ensures that our customers do not receive merchandise that may have damages that we are unaware of as well as eliminates the risk of customers experiencing allergic reactions due to the item coming in contact with perfumes, lotions, pets or any other chemicals. For this reason, our policy does not allow for sizing exchanges. However, there are some solutions. Adding charms to your bracelet will cause it to fit tighter. We offer sterling silver extenders made specifically for Pandora and Linx bracelets.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Pandora and Linx both suggest not showering, swimming, sleeping or exercising in their jewelry. Also be careful with lotions and perfumes as certain chemicals can react negatively with sterling silver. UV lights, salt, water, chlorine and sulfur should all be avoided as they can cause almost an immediate tarnishing. While all sterling silver can oxidize over time, there are things that you can do to prolong the life of your jewelry. Storing your jewelry in an airtight Ziploc pouch or in an anti tarnish pouch when not being worn greatly reduces oxidation. Please only use jewelry cleaner and polishing products cloth specifically designed for sterling silver.
