What if the box / envelope is damaged during shipping?

Damaged During Shipping - If the shipping container is damaged by the carrier, you must contact the carrier to file a claim for the total amount the item cost you. Hopefully the item was not damaged. Be sure to take photos of the box/envelope and contents. Keep the shipping container. I do NOT Replace nor Refund items damaged due to Carrier's handling.

How do I order an item that I don't see in your shop anymore?

If you don't see an item in my shop anymore it is because it has been sold or no longer available. You can contact me and I will check to see if I have the supplies to remake the item you want.

What materials are used for Door Tags and Door Hangers?

I use cabinet grade wood for door tags and door hangers. All of my door tags and door hangers are very neat and professional. I take care to give a finished look. Bows are made of quality wired ribbon. Wood is either stained or painted then sealed on front and back. Vinyl used is permanent vinyl that is ideal for outdoor used under a covered area.

Are your Door Hangers and Door Tags safe for outdoors?

The materials used for my door tags and door hangers are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. If hanging your door tag or hangers on an exterior door, I recommend hanging on a door that has a overhang to prevent direct sunlight and rain. If you know of a big rain storm coming where there will be sheets of horizontal rain and a lot of wind, I suggest taking your door tag or hanger off the door until the storm passes. But as you know, over time the sun will fade the paint and vinyl even though it is sealed. But with proper care and storage, your product should give you long-lasting enjoyment

Door tags and door hanger photos are taken on a standard size entry door. This will give you an idea of the product's width. The sizes of my items are included in the description of the item. I measure each item before listing it in my Etsy shop. If you need to be absolute certain or need confirmation of size, please message me.

How do you Ship your Door Hangers and Door Tags?

I use a sturdy corrugated box for shipping. Each door tag and door hanger is packaged in the box to ensure it will not move during shipment. Occasionally, a bow may require a little fluffing out of the bow / ribbons upon arrival, therefore fluffing instructions will be included in the box. All orders ship via USPS . You will receive a notification with tracking information when your item is shipped. Shipping / transit times vary depending on your Ship To destination. All items are shipped from Georgia.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the shipping option you select. Priority usually takes 2 – 3 days. If you select the Ground option it usually takes 4 - 5 days. Plan your purchase carefully when trying to meet a deadline such as a holiday or birthday. Additionally, delivery can be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather, which is out of my control.

Who pays shipping if Seller agrees to accept an item for Return?

EXCHANGES: Are not accepted. If a Customer makes a mistake in an order and wishes to exchange like item, the Seller must first be contacted. If an Exchange is agreed upon with the Seller, my policy is the Customer pays for return shipping and reshipping charges. Return shipping is Non-refunded. RETURNS: Customer must first contact the Seller. If an item is returned, the Customer pays for return postage, which is Non-refundable. NOTE: Personalized items cannot be returned nor exchanged. If Customer made a mistake with information there will be No Refund. A reorder will receive a discount. Contact Seller with additional questions.

Didn't Received My Order - What Now?

A Tracking Number is sent to each customer once the order is mailed. Check your Tracking Number to see where your order is within the system. Once I release your order to the USPS system, I cannot control their processing. Once tracking shows delivered, I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected deliveries. You will need to contact your local USPS office and work with them to locate your package. If Tracking Number was misplaced, I can provide the Tracking Number. NOTE: Once USPS site shows package has been delivered - I am NOT responsible for Replacement and No Refund.
