How do I receive my artwork?

All our products are instant digital downloads, and no physical products are shipped. Please use your mobile or computer browser – not your Etsy app – to access your file. After purchasing, you should have an email from Etsy with a download link, and it will also appear in the 'Purchases and reviews' section of your Etsy account: https://www.etsy.com/au/your/purchases Click 'Download files' and you will receive your PDF artwork on your device. How can I print my artwork?

You will receive one high quality PDF file for you to download and print at home or through a professional printer. The image is in the CMYK colour profile for printing, and is high resolution at 300 dpi at A3. It is also suitable to print as A4 or A5. To protect our beautiful environment, you may wish to choose an environmentally-friendly printing company and print on recycled paper. Choose a weight of at least 200gsm for durability. If you print your artwork in a standard A3, A4, or A5 size, there should be frames available in that size in your local department store, stationery store, or picture framing store.

Can I request an artwork that's not listed?
