All items are send out WORLDWIDE from Lithuania(Europe) within 1-3 days after confirmation of payment, via International Priority Registered Mail. Right after shipment you will receive tracking number of your order, so you can check shipment status all over the way.

If you do not receive items in more than 4 weeks after confirmed shipping date, please contact me first.

During the holiday periods shipping times may take longer. I am not responsible for delays.

If, for any reason, your parcel is returned to me, the reshipping cost must be payed by the customer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

For me it's very important that you are satisfied with your purchase, so I try to do my high-quality products. They are accurately described and well photographed. But please remember, that the colors in the photos may vary depending on your monitor.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact me within 3 days after receiving, so we can discuss a solution.

I accept custom orders. If you like my work, but you want something else, feel free to contact me for any question. I'll happy create something special just for you.

Custom or personalized orders are not refundable.
