With minor damages- a partial refund is more common, bc the plant will still be okay. I always work with customers to get them what they want. With major damage- if the plant is beyond repair- I would send a replacement. Pictures of the cutting/plant’s condition are required in order to receive a replacement, showing time and date stamp, on the day of delivery.
However if the plant did not meet your expectations, no. There is no exchanges. Shipping liven plants is not like shipping clothes or shoes. All information is provided in the listing.
