When will my order be shipped?

It depends on the order. The shipped can be between 1-3 business days (that doesn't include Sunday). Items will be shipped via Correos (Spanish Post) in a marine envelope.

What happens if my order is lost?

If you don't purchase tracking number, I can't be responsible for any lost orders. You can remove this risk by picking the tracking number option in your cart.

What if the item comes damaged?

If for any reason the piece is damaged or broken during the shipping, please note me explaining what happened and adding me a photo of the damaged product. I'll send you a replacement or a refund.
