1. How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are crafted and shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons, this may extend by an additional 1-2 days.

2. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges only if there is a production error or an issue caused by us. Since our leather products are personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons. If there is any issue, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly. If the issue is not caused by us, we can process a refund after deducting 50% of the amount you paid as a restocking fee and shipping cost.

3. Why can’t I return a personalized leather item?

Personalized leather products are custom-made specifically for you, which makes them unique and non-resalable. If there is a mistake or issue caused by us, we’ll happily replace or fix the item at no additional cost.

4. Can I make changes to my order?

You can request changes or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, production begins, and changes are no longer possible.

5. What should I do if my order shows as "Delivered" but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. In such cases, we can resend your order with a 50% reshipping fee to cover shipping and personalization costs.

6. What should I do if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost during transit, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. However, please note that we are not responsible for items lost by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), as shipping is managed by them. We’ll support you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.

7. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in the shipping address. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.

8. Do you offer bulk discounts or custom orders?

For large orders, special events, or custom designs, feel free to contact us for pricing and availability. We can also create custom leather designs based on your specifications.

9. Can you prioritize my order for faster processing?

Yes, for an additional fee, we can prioritize your order. Please contact us to discuss rush order options.
