Is jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! Everything in my shop is hypoallergenic, made with metals that won't irritate the skin. I always use top quality materials in making each purchase with the customer's safety and satisfaction in mind. All pieces of jewelry are lead and nickel free, and are made for wear for customer's with all kinds of skin sensitivity ❤

Everything in my shop is made differently, but sizes are approximate and made as accurately as possible. For listing with multiple in stock, slight differences are beautiful, as nothing is perfect. Please note that natural stones, flowers, and pendants may have variations in colors, sizing, patterns, and shapes! As always, please message me with any questions!

I am no longer accepting sales to Germany.

Unfortunately, there has been a change to German shipping regulations via the VerpackG packaging laws, so I am unable to ship to Germany. All sales made and being shipped to Germany will be canceled and fully refunded. I apologize for the inconvenience and am grateful for all of the support and understanding. Please note that not everyone has the same size and shape of ears. While my earcuffs that wrap around the whole ear do fit most ears, please be aware that some fit better than others. I try to keep my shop and items consistent, so if earcuffs after purchase do not fit as desired, I can't be held accountable when details are within the listing. I always strive to get your order out within the next business day, if not sooner. Please see item details for estimated delivery time, but also note that there may be delays due to weather, international customs, and availability of mail and postal services. Please keep in mind that around holidays, postal services are busier as there is an increase in mail and online orders. If you are ordering an item from my shop close to a day that you need an item, please be understanding if delays occur, as they are out of my control, and the item can only arrive at the time of postal services in your area. I always welcome international orders! If your region or country is accepted to ship to from Etsy, I am honored and excited to do business with you! Some things to expect are- - Please make sure to give your correct address, as creating a label can be difficult if the address is imputed wrong or in the wrong format. - International orders take time! They go through a lot of customs and procedures, which vary in length of time depending on the country and time of year. - Sometimes orders get stuck in customs authorities. If this happens, please reach out! Usually I am provided with a customs ID, which you can use to aquire your package from them and move things along. What to do if package never arrived

I am sorry if you experience your package not arriving! This situation is rare, but not impossible. Depending on the region, this could be due to weather, location availability, and your local postal network. - If your item hasn't arrived by estimated date, but still in transit, I cannot offer you a refund yet. It could arrive still, so please keep an eye out for it! - If your item says delivered, but never arrived, I ask that you check your property, family, or post office before asking for a refund. I do not offer refunds to items that are broken, as I would prefer if you sent it back with a label I will provide, so that I may fix it for you. If this is proven not possible through pictures, I will refund you, or send a replacement. ❤️

Address Related Issues

If you submitted an order and it has not shipped, you can send a message requesting an updated address. I will gladly edit the shipping label to ensure your order is shipped to the correct location. If an order could not be delivered and is returned to me, I will reach out and ask if the address provided at checkout was incorrect. If there was an incorrect address provided and you would like the order reshipped, it would require new postage covered by the customer. Thank you for your understanding! 🩷

Necklace Chain Details

- Every necklace comes on a chain! Details about chain can be located under Listing Details and Description in most of my listings. - Every necklace in my shop comes on an 18 inch chain by default, but you can leave a note at checkout or send me a message if you would like longer or shorter! In most cases I can extend or shorten chain, unless it is a gold snake chain. - Each chain is PLATED stainless steel. They are not solid 18k gold or 925 silver, as described in my listing details and reflected in price of item.
