How Do Templates Work?

Templates are an easy way to get professionally designed stationery at a fraction of the cost. Once purchased, you’ll get access to the Canva online editor, where you can update details and adjust colors to perfectly match your wedding theme.

You can download your file directly from Etsy by following these steps: 1. Log in to your Etsy account. 2. Go to "Your Account" (top right) and select "Purchases and Reviews". 3.Find your order from my shop and click "Download Files" — this will give you access to the PDF link or digital files. If you purchased as a guest (without logging into an Etsy account), Etsy will send the download link to the email address you used for the purchase. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please let me know your email address and I’ll resend the file to you.

Once your design is complete, save and download it as a PDF or JPEG for electronic use or printing. You’ll have options for bleed and crop marks—check with your printer for their requirements, as some shops have specific guidelines for crop marks. You can order wedding sample sets to see different paper stocks and check the print quality before your final order.

Most printers require PDFs with bleed to ensure that background colors or images print to the edge. Always print a sample first, as colors may appear differently on screen than on paper. If you have any printing questions, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to guide you!
