How Will I Get My Digital Download?

Once you've completed the checkout process, a link will be displayed - directing you to a PDF. The PDF contains information about your artwork as well as a sizing chart that can be used for reference when sending your art files to your preferred printing service. On the first page of the PDF, you'll find a clearly displayed link to your art files. This will open a secure Google Drive folder containing your super-high quality art files. From here you'll have the option of downloading all of them, which will send you a .zip file - or you have the option of downloading each file individually.

Can I request an alteration?

Yes, within reason. You can request minor alterations to your chosen piece of artwork and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. You can also get in contact with us to request a piece of customized artwork and we'll advise of the price for the work. Just hit the contact link at the top-right of the shop and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Why order a digital download instead of a physical print?

Ordering a digital download gives you access to your product instantly. You then have the freedom to take the artwork to a local or online printer, choose your paper quality, size and make any alterations you desire - ensuring you get your piece of art made exactly to your specifications. It's also a cost-effective method of buying art, allowing you to source the perfect frame and printing method you want - without the guesswork associated with ordering from a print-on-demand service or untested online source.

I will share a photo once I get the canvas prints. We wanted a cocktail image and the cassette image to hang side by side and the store accomodated us by changing the background on one of the images at no cost. They communicate very quickly and are super helpful and nice. Highly recommend!
