Your shell is customized with acid-free paper, but to preserve the longevity of your shell, please keep out of direct sunlight. It is waterproof, but do keep dry to make sure. Wipe clean with a damp paper towel and mild detergent if needed. Do not put in a dishwasher or in anywhere above 125 degrees Fahrenheit. It is not food safe.

Custom Photo Clam Shells range from 5 inches - 6 inches. They all have a similar shape but do have different coloring on the back, as these are natural shells from the ocean. Oyster and Clam Trinket shells vary in size and color. Some are dark and some are light. The product listing itself will depict what size range.

1. Photo requirements is that it should be a high resolution photo with space above and to the sides of the subject(s) in the photo. Please scroll through and see the listing images for an example. Send your photo in an Etsy message or to: fourtidesstudio [!at] gmail.com
2. You may request for me to change your photo to black and white.
3. If you would like text on the photo, just send me a message of what you would like it to say, and I can see if it is doable (shorter phrases work best).
4. If you purchase the gift set, include the text for each oyster shell in the personalization in the text box. All text/symbols are in black, unless otherwise requested.

This is a handmade item with natural shells. There are slight imperfections due to the shells shape and how the image lays in the shell. There may be minimal wrinkling of the image on the edges, though never on the subject itself as I strive to make it as perfect as possible. This is all part of the uniqueness of this item. The photo and text is not hand painted, it is printed and affixed to the inside of the shell. By purchasing, you agree that you have read my shops FAQ's and Policies, and you retain the rights to the photo you have provided.
