1.CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS.

Yes. Most paintings in our shop can be customized in size, color palette, orientation, and selected details. Please message us before ordering and include your preferred size, colors, room photo, and any special requests. We can create a digital room mockup to help you visualize the artwork before painting begins. We also accept custom painting requests based on your own reference image. Please contact us for availability and a quote.

2.PAINTING OR PRINTS?

This is not a print. Every artwork is individually painted by hand on canvas after your order is placed. You will receive a real painting with visible brushstrokes, layered color, and genuine surface texture. Because each painting is created by hand, every piece is naturally unique.

3.WILL MY PAINTING LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE LISTING PHOTO?

The listing image serves as the reference for your made-to-order painting. We will carefully preserve the overall composition, color palette, style, proportions, and texture of the displayed artwork. However, small variations in brushwork, color blending, and texture are natural and make each hand-painted piece unique. Your painting will not be a mechanically identical copy or printed reproduction.

4.WILL I SEE MY FINISHED PAINTING BEFORE SHIPPING?

Yes. We will send you clear photos, and videos when available, after your painting is completed. Please review the artwork carefully and let us know if a small adjustment is needed. We will arrange shipment only after you approve the finished painting.

5. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR HELP WITH DAMAGED ORDERS?

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an artwork. The painting must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional return charges. Any loss in value caused by damage or improper packaging may be deducted from the refund. Custom or personalized orders may have different return eligibility, so please review the listing or contact us before purchasing. If your artwork arrives damaged, please message us promptly with clear photos of the artwork, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you and the carrier to arrange an appropriate solution.

6.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROLLED, STRETCHED, AND FRAMED CANVAS?

Rolled Canvas: The painting is unframed and unstretched. It is carefully rolled and shipped in a strong Paper protective tube. You will need to have it stretched or framed locally. Stretched Canvas: The painting is mounted on wooden stretcher bars and arrives ready for display or framing. Framed Canvas: The painting is stretched and installed in the frame color selected from the listing menu. Please select your preferred packing option before checkout. The starting price shown on the listing usually applies to rolled, unstretched canvas.

7.HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Every painting is made to order, so production time depends on the artwork’s size, complexity, texture, customization, and drying requirements. The estimated delivery window shown by Etsy includes both production and shipping time. Once you approve the finished artwork, we will ship it with tracking through FedEx, DHL, UPS, or another suitable carrier. Please contact us before ordering if you need the painting by a specific date.

8. IS SHIPPING FREE? ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES INCLUDED?

Standard worldwide shipping is free unless otherwise stated in the listing. For eligible United States orders, duties are included when the listing specifically states “Free Shipping & Duties to the US.” For other destinations, import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or local handling fees may be charged by the destination country and are normally the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not controlled by our shop.

Your painting will be created very similar in same style, color and size. After you order, I will 2-5 days to finish the painting. After each painting is completed, I will send photos to you for confirmation. We will arrange delivery only after you are satisfied.

►FRAME AND STRETCH.
all paints are rolled (frameless/unstretched) and are transported using high-quality plastic/cardboard tubes to avoid damage.
(If you want to get your painting with a frame then contact me. I will help you choose the frame of the right color for you and calculate the cost.)
