Returns and exchange details
Vintage items are very seldom perfect and that's what I love about them. China may be crazed, beaded bags may be missing a few beads, enamel might have a chip and ephemera might have a tear. I try to describe my items as best I can including the flaws. If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented, please convo me asap.

As my items are vintage and are used, I generally do not offer refunds. If I miss something In the listing, we can probably work something out though. If a refund is agreed upon, I will issue a refund only after item is received back and in same shape as sent out. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and I will refund original payment. Thank you!

We try to get exactly the right measurements but often is described as approximately. Please do not be afraid to ask. We think it’s a pleasure to help you in any projects or tasks you may need exact measurements for.

If upon specific request you may need a package gift wrapped we can do so. Shipping packaging we wrap the item well and extra bubble wrap is used. I can not use enough!

When upon request, we will be happy to do special requests upon caring for an item. Depending upon item and the care that is needed.
